ENROLMENT INFORMATION

Year 12 LeadersSt Peter’s is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College serving the Cranbourne region.  It has an established reputation for fostering the educational development of all in a secure and well resourced setting.  

Year 7 2010

Enrolments for Year 7 2010 have now closed and a waiting list established.  If you would like to apply for the waiting list or enquire about enrolments for any other year level please contact our Registrar, Kelley Cooper. 

Tour dates for 2009 are as follows:

Friday 24th July
Friday 21st August
Friday 18th September
Friday 16th October
Friday 13th November
Friday 11th December

All tours commence at 9.30am from the College Office.  To attend any of these tours please call 5996 6733 to register. 

 

 Fees - 2009

Education fees are as follows:

Level 1 - $2670 per annum per child (for families contributing the appropriate amount as set by the
St Agatha’s Parish Planned Giving Program)

Level 2 - $2910 per annum per child (for families not contributing to the St Agatha’s Parish Planned
Giving  Program)

Note – The St Agatha’s Parish sets the “appropriate amount” referred to above.
 
The family discount offset against Education Fees charged at St Peter’s College is based on the number of children each family has at the College and at either of the two Parish Primary Schools - St Agatha’s and St Therese’s.  The discounts are:         

2 children - $210 per annum per family  
3 children - $630 per annum per family  
4 children (or more) - $1260 per annum per family.

The methods of Education Fee payment are as follows:  Monthly (over 10 months - February to November) or as billed in three instalments in February, May and August or by Special Payment Arrangement approved by the College Business Manager.  Paying the Education Fee on a monthly basis is of preference to the College.  To facilitate Education Fee payment the following is available:

1. Direct Debit - from your nominated bank account or credit card.
2. Credit Card - (Mastercard, Amex, Diners or Visa). Fee payment by credit card can be made at the College Office, by telephoning the College or by direct debit arrangement as noted above. 
3. BPAY
4. EFTPOS - Fees can be paid at the College Office using this facility
5. Cash or cheque - Please note that cash payments are to be made in person at the College Office. No cash will be accepted from students.

If you wish to pay your fees by facilities 1 or 2 above please contact Mrs Lynda Coombs, Assistant Business Manager, for the appropriate forms to be sent to you. All Education Fees must be paid in full by 30th November 2009, unless otherwise arranged with the College Business Manager.

EDUCATION FEE CONCESSIONS - A reduction in Education Fees is possible for families suffering from financial difficulties.  This is referred to as a Concession.  To apply for a concession, families are requested to contact the Assistant Business Manager who will make an appointment for you to discuss your individual situation.  It is the firm policy of the College that no student is to leave the College due to financial circumstances.
